PartyGram · Built in-house by Jain InfoTechInternal Democracy for Political Parties and Member-Based Organisations.
PartyGram is a platform for political parties and other member-based organisations to manage their structure, office-bearers, responsibilities, communication and institutional memory, from the local unit to the national organisation.
Parties that will one day run a state or a country should practise democracy inside their own organisation first. PartyGram helps build those basics at the root level, in India and in democracies around the world.
Democracy Starts at the Root Level.
A democracy is only as strong as the organisations that compete to govern it. When a party keeps clear records of who holds which role, how they were appointed, what they are responsible for and what was decided, its own members can see how the organisation works.
Transparent appointments
A clear record of every office-bearer, how and when they were appointed, and their term.
Clear accountability
Every responsibility has an owner, a status and a history, at every level of the organisation.
Recorded decisions
Meetings, attendance, decisions and action points are kept, so the organisation remembers what it agreed.
When a Party Grows, Informal Systems Stop Being Enough.
Political parties and other member-based organisations often work across many geographic levels, committees and office-bearer positions. Spreadsheets, message groups and personal contact lists make it hard to keep one reliable view of structure, responsibility and history.
Scattered office-bearer records
Names, roles, contact details and appointments sit across spreadsheets, documents, local lists and personal networks.
Unclear responsibility
When responsibilities change across levels and teams, leadership may not have one current view of who owns what and what is still pending.
Fragmented structure
State, regional, district, block, city, local and functional structures are hard to represent consistently in an ordinary CRM.
Lost institutional memory
Appointments, transfers, meetings and decisions can disappear when people or leadership teams change.
Disconnected communication
Circulars, instructions and decisions become hard to trace when they travel through many informal channels.
Limited management visibility
Senior leadership needs a clear operational view without giving every user access to every layer of data.
Manage the Internal Organisation First.
The first version of PartyGram is for internal office-bearers, coordinators and authorised administrators. It does not need public membership enrolment, a full learning platform or complex community features.
It is designed for state-level and national organisations, and stays configurable for smaller units and other kinds of member-based organisations.
- Know the structure.
- Know the people.
- Know the responsibilities.
- Know what needs action.
- Preserve the record.
| Office-bearer | Unit | Status | Action |
|---|---|---|---|
| Role Holder A | Regional | Active | 2 pending |
| Role Holder B | District | Active | Complete |
| Vacant Role | Local | Vacant | Review |
Useful From Day One, Without Being Complex.
Organisational hierarchy
Configure geographic and functional levels to match the organisation's own constitution, for example National → State → District → Block → Local Unit.
Office-bearer directory
One authorised record of current office-bearers, coordinators, administrators and their positions.
Appointments and tenure
Appointment dates, tenure, status, role changes, transfers and past positions.
Roles and reporting
Responsibilities, reporting lines and authorised visibility for each role.
Tasks and actions
Assign responsibilities, follow pending actions and keep a history of completion.
Meetings and decisions
Schedules, attendance, agendas, minutes, decisions and action points in one structured record.
Internal circulars
Send authorised communication to selected roles, units or levels, with a searchable record.
Institutional history
Keep important records when office-bearers or leadership teams change.
Role-based access
Each user sees only the information and actions their responsibilities require.
Management dashboard
A current view of structure, vacancies, responsibilities and pending actions for authorised leaders.

A Large Vision Does Not Need a Large First Build.
Once the PartyGram Platform proves useful, further modules can follow. Each is built only after the earlier product has shown real value.
PartyGram Platform
Internal organisation management.
PartyGram Learn
Orientation, constitution, conduct, role-specific learning and leadership development.
PartyGram Membership
Member enrolment, profiles, participation and structured onboarding.
PartyGram Contribution
Projects, verified responsibilities, skills and contribution history.
Support and Recognition
Approved expenses, reimbursements, recognition and permitted support workflows.
Governance and Analytics
Approvals, grievances, audit trails and organisational analytics.
The sequence is directional, not contractual. Real deployment learning should decide what gets built next.
India First, Then Democracies Everywhere.
PartyGram starts with political parties in India. From the start, levels, terminology, roles and workflows stay configurable, so the same platform can serve parties in other democracies and other layered organisations.
Political parties
National, state and regional parties, from the local unit upwards.
Civic movements
Civic movements and public-interest organisations.
Professional bodies
Professional associations, federations and industry bodies.
Volunteer and community
Large volunteer networks and structured community organisations.
Organisational Technology Needs Strong Governance From Day One.
Minimum necessary data
Collect only the information needed for a defined organisational purpose.
Role-based access
Users see only what their authorised responsibilities require.
Human-controlled decisions
Appointments, promotions, discipline and other consequential decisions stay with authorised people.
Auditability
Important administrative actions, changes and approvals are traceable.
Data separation
Each organisation's information stays separated and protected.
Security and privacy by design
Privacy, security, retention, backups and incident response are part of the architecture, not an afterthought.
Internal democracy, not electoral manipulation.
PartyGram helps an organisation manage its own structure and responsibilities better. These are outside its scope:
- Voter database
- Voter-targeting platform
- Election war room
- Political advertising optimisation
- Ideology or loyalty scoring
- Automated leadership selection
- Public political social network
- Fundraising or donation platform
- Crypto, token or blockchain product

Understanding PartyGram.
Is PartyGram a finished software product?
No. PartyGram is a Jain InfoTech venture with a defined product direction and a focused Phase One. Jain InfoTech will build it in-house, and the next step is to find the cofounder who will lead the business.
Who builds the software?
Jain InfoTech designs, builds and maintains PartyGram in-house. The cofounder leads relationships with organisations, client acquisition, onboarding and everyday operations.
What does internal democracy mean here?
It means a party or organisation keeps clear, shared records of its structure, appointments, responsibilities, meetings and decisions at every level, so its members can see how the organisation works and who is accountable for what.
Is PartyGram only for political parties?
No. Political parties are the main focus, but the same platform can support civic movements, professional bodies, volunteer networks and other layered member-based organisations.
What would the first version do?
It would handle internal structure, office-bearer records, appointments, reporting lines, responsibilities, tasks, meetings, internal communication, role-based access and institutional history.
Will the first version enrol the general public?
No. The first version is for internal office-bearers, coordinators and authorised administrators. Public or member enrolment can come later as a separate module.
Is PartyGram an election-campaign platform?
No. It is focused on internal organisation and internal democracy. Voter targeting, political advertising optimisation and election war rooms are outside its scope.
What kind of cofounder are you looking for?
Someone who can take CEO-level responsibility: building relationships with parties and organisations, bringing in clients, managing their everyday requirements and running the venture, in partnership with Jain InfoTech.
Lead PartyGram With Jain InfoTech.
We build the platform. If you can build relationships with parties and organisations and run the business, we would like to talk.
